As Jim Rohn said, “*Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.*”

Motivation comes and goes for some people but there are those who seem to have the drive all the time. They can stay focused, are always ready to do what they need to do and how to get it done. This is because they are determined to achieve their goals and are willing to do whatever it takes to get them.

So, are you willing to go the extra mile to reach your goals? Remember, you need to be driven and motivated in order to achieve it. You need to have a clear goal and plan for how you want to get there. So let’s begin!

- **Become Emotional About Your Goal**

Your emotions are the fuel to becoming driven and motivated. Do you feel pride and adrenaline bursting through your chest when you imagine yourself achieving your goal?

Make the goal so real that you’re willing to do anything to get there. Picture every aspect of the goal in your mind and allow yourself to feel like a winner at the thought of hitting your goals. 

- **Put Yourself Back Into That Emotional State**

Constantly feeding your emotions can really get you the results you want. When you feel low or that you can’t keep your motivation, get emotional again and really picture your goal.

If you want it enough, the motivation is easy to maintain. Remind yourself of the goal and why you wanted it so much in the first place. You will be able to feel the drive surging back up.

- **Create An Inspiration For Your Goal**

You can also keep your motivation by creating a video that will inspire you to get to where you want to be. Place your source of inspiration somewhere you can see it every day.

Create a powerful video with motivational music and clips of people doing things you want to be doing. Mix them together to jog the emotions in you, and then watch it every day.

Motivation is the drive to do something you really want to do. You need that desire inside you to achieve the goal and there will be times when you really feel like giving up. Instead of asking why doesn’t your motivation last and how to keep going at it, ask yourself if you really want it. If you answer is a big strong yes, then motivating yourself will be a piece of cake!
